We really appreciate that when you come for a dark retreat, you choose to come to us. We have been running our centre near Kutná Hora for 10 years now, since 2013, and in that time more than 2,000 participants have spent time with us in the dark.
A gift for your dark retreat
For years we have offered gift vouchers, which you can buy for the people close to you. But we kept wondering how to reward those of you who have already been on a dark retreat with us, and to say thank you at the same time.
So for every new stay, and for every participant who has already been here, we introduced a gift voucher worth 500 CZK for each 3 nights and 1,000 CZK for each week spent on a dark retreat with us.
Darkness therapy gifts add up and last a long time
Some participants have been with us as many as 5 times, so we sent them gift vouchers worth 5,000 CZK. The vouchers can be used all at once for a single dark retreat, or gradually.
We don’t want to bring in any restrictive rules saying you can only use one at a time or that they are only valid for a short while. A gift voucher is valid for 12 months. That means you need to redeem it within 12 months, but the date of your dark retreat can be later, even another 3 or 4 months on.
You can give a dark retreat to someone close to you
The gift vouchers aren’t just for participants who have been in the dark with us. They are issued without a name, so you can give one to your loved ones, to someone at work or to friends. It’s entirely up to you.
Over those 10 years so many participants have come to us that we have given away dark retreat vouchers worth 1.44 million CZK.
